Roy Beck

Roy Beck is the founder and president of NumbersUSA.com, a non-profit immigration-reduction organization. Beck began his career in 1979 as a reporter for The Arizona Republic. Roy is also the author of several WND books, including “Stealing America: What My Experience with Criminal Gangs Taught Me About Obama, Hillary, and the Democratic Party” and “Conquering 20th Century Communism.”

Roy Beck has appeared on over 200 television and radio shows, including Fox News Channel’s Special Report with Bret Baier; CNN’s Lou Dobbs Tonight; National Public Radio’s Morning Edition; The O’Reilly Factor; MSNBC’s Scarborough Country; CNN Headline News, CNN Newsroom, CNNfn, America Tonight and many others.

Beck regularly appears at conservative conferences across the country. He has spoken at numerous national Tea Party events from 2009–2011 to thousands of people from all walks of life. His lectures have also been covered by hundreds of other news organizations nationwide. In 2007 Roy Beck was selected for the Governor’s Council at the California Republican Party Convention in Sacramento. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Minuteman Civil Defense Corps.

In September 2007, Beck was one of 14 experts selected to serve on a task force appointed by President George W. Bush to support recommendations and policies to decrease illegal immigration, as The New York Times outlined. Beck is a regular contributor to Fox News and has also been featured in The New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Washington Post, NEWSWEEK Magazine, and TIME Magazine. In the January 26, 2010 edition of the Wall Street Journal (op-ed page), Beck authored an article entitled “Time To Rethink Immigration,” which has received over 100,000 blog responses and views over YouTube.

Beck is one of the leaders in the fight against amnesty for illegal aliens and has led several national efforts to stop it. He was one of the founders of VOICE, a nationwide grassroots organization advocating for the enforcement first immigration reform. VOICE is now known as No Amnesty, No Citizenship. Beck was also a significant force behind the 8-1/2 million Citrus County citizens who opposed an amnesty bill in 2006. He has led the most significant nationwide grassroots effort opposing amnesty in history to date.
